Go-Home Kits for 3,000 Adoptions

A go-home kit for every dog and cat adopted this year: a leash, a bandana, a bowl and a tote, so the first night goes right.

What this funds

  • Nylon leash, 6 ftRepeat print×3,000
  • Pet bandanaFront print×3,000
  • Steel bowl×3,000
  • Canvas tote with first-week guideFront print×3,000

Priced as one real production order by Merch.com — decoration, tax, delivery and fulfillment all in the goal.

Most returned adoptions happen in the first week. The new family is missing something on night one, the dog slips a borrowed collar, or nobody knows what food to buy.

Every adopted animal will go home with a kit: a sturdy leash, a bandana with our mark so neighbors ask where they came from, a steel bowl, and a canvas tote with the first-week guide inside, which names the food they ate in foster care.

The bandana works for us too. Every one at the dog park is an ad for adoption.

$18 makes one kit. 3,000 kits covers every adoption we expect this year.

How backing works

Every dollar becomes goods

This goal is a real production order, priced before the drive went live — the items above, with decoration, tax, delivery and fulfillment in the number. The goal is the order.

Funded means made

When the bar fills, production starts. Tall Grass Animal Rescue never has to chase invoices or manage a vendor — the goods just arrive.

Every outcome counts

Land short of the goal and Tall Grass Animal Rescue still gets merchandise scaled to what was raised. Sail past it and the extra becomes credit toward what they need next. Nothing raised here goes to waste.
