Every December we throw a party for the whole league in the Washington Middle School gym. This year we want every one of our 500 kids to walk out with a real gift bag.
Each bag has a knit beanie and touchscreen gloves, a North Pine hoodie in the kid's own size (the coaches have been collecting sizes for a month), a new basketball or soccer ball, and a candy cane, obviously.
Our parents told us the hoodie is the thing. The kids wear their league shirts everywhere, and a hoodie means they can keep wearing it through a Milwaukee winter.
$28 covers a whole bag. Bags are packed by the 8th graders the week before the party.
Sponsor recognition, set by North Pine Youth League
Where a sponsor’s brand can go
North Pine Youth League decides where a sponsor’s brand may appear, and the main design stays theirs. A sponsor picks one of these and nothing else. On a live drive, this is what a company sees before it sponsors.

North Pine Youth League’s design Sponsor placement
- Small woven label or interior tagA discreet label inside the item, or a small tag on it.
- Sleeve or lower-hem logoA small mark on the sleeve or along the bottom edge.
- Branded packaging or insertOn the bag or box the goods arrive in, or a card inside.
Drawn to show where, not the exact size. Nothing is printed until North Pine Youth League approves a print proof, and no sponsor branding is ever added without their approval.
How backing works
Every dollar becomes goods
This goal is a real production order, priced before the drive went live — the items above, with decoration, tax, delivery and fulfillment in the number. The goal is the order.
Funded means made
When the bar fills, production starts. North Pine Youth League never has to chase invoices or manage a vendor — the goods just arrive.
Every outcome counts
Land short of the goal and North Pine Youth League still gets merchandise scaled to what was raised. Sail past it and the extra becomes credit toward what they need next. Nothing raised here goes to waste.
