A Welcome Home Kit for each veteran we move into a first apartment this year: bedding, towels, a duffel and a mug for the first coffee.

We place about 800 veterans a year into their own apartments, working with the local housing authority.

The keys are the easy part. Most of the veterans we serve move in with one bag, and an empty apartment is a hard place to stay.
